    Ring Gear (Annulus)
    Case-hardened alloy steel, 5-axis CNC profile-ground to DIN 5 class. The fixed outer gear meshes with all three planet gears simultaneously — ground to the same accuracy class as European precision gearboxes.

    Planet Gears (3×)
    Helical-cut, case-hardened 20CrMnTi steel. Three planet gears distribute the load evenly, tripling the torque capacity versus a spur gear of equivalent size and producing smooth, low-vibration transmission.

    Sun Gear (Input)
    Connected directly to the motor shaft via the clamp-ring adapter. Drives all three planet gears simultaneously. Ground and lapped for precise pitch diameter — the primary determinant of backlash grade.

    Planet Carrier (Output)
    Precision-machined housing that supports the planet gear axles and forms the output shaft. Supported by an oversized cross-roller or angular-contact bearing for combined radial and axial loads.

    Output Bearing & IP65 Sealing
    Oversized output bearing absorbs radial force up to 50,000 N (EP-FAB220). IP65 dynamic seals on all interfaces. Factory-filled with NYOGEL 792D synthetic grease for the full rated service life — no re-greasing required.
